The Rich to Wealthy Collective

For high‑achieving women who are tired of feeling anxious about money — and ready to feel safe, confident, and strategic while building real wealth.

You don’t struggle because you’re bad with money.

You struggle because:

  • Your nervous system learned survival before it learned strategy
  • You were never taught how to hold money, not just earn it
  • And you’ve been trying to build wealth while still operating in stress

You already make good money.
But it doesn’t always feel good.

And you’re done pretending that budgeting alone is going to heal that.

The Rich to Wealthy Collective is where we:

  • Regulate first
  • Then organize
  • Then expand
  • Then build long‑term wealth

So your finances finally feel supportive instead of stressful.

This is not about restriction.
This is about capacity, confidence, and consistency.

Who this is really for

This collective is designed for high‑achieving women who are ready to stop treating money like a constant stressor and start treating it like a tool for freedom.

You may be:

  • Earning well but not building wealth the way you want to
  • An entrepreneur or ambitious professional with big goals
  • The first in your family to reach this level of income
  • Used to being the dependable one who figures things out on her own

You’re not new to growth.
You’re just ready for growth that finally includes your finances.

You don’t need motivation.
You need the right container to support your next level.

Your day‑to‑day money experience looks like this:

  • You save, but then stress‑spend when life feels heavy
  • You avoid checking accounts because it spikes your anxiety
  • You want to invest and plan long‑term, but you’re scared of messing it up
  • You swing between being super disciplined and then overindulging
  • You crave structure and emotional safety

Many women who join are carrying financial habits rooted in survival, not lack of discipline.

And you’re ready to change that.

This is for you if…

You’re a high‑earning woman who:
  • Is tired of feeling anxious every time she checks her accounts
  • Wants to grow wealth without sacrificing the life she worked so hard to build
  • Is ready to stop yo‑yoing between strict saving and “I deserve this” spending
  • Knows mindset matters but also wants clear financial strategy
  • Wants accountability that feels supportive, not shaming

Many of my clients are:
  • First‑gen high earners
  • Entrepreneurs or ambitious professionals
  • Used to being the “responsible one” in their family
  • Carrying financial patterns rooted in survival, not lack of discipline

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be resourced, regulated, and properly guided.

"Over the past few months, I participated in financial coaching with Taryn Ferrer of Money Honey, LLC, which significantly transformed my goals, mindset, and overall financial confidence. What began as a focus on basic budgeting evolved into a deeper understanding of organization, planning, and financial education through Taryn’s thoughtful guidance and clear, approachable communication. She provided personalized support, helping me plan for future goals such as homeownership while also offering valuable guidance on navigating financial conversations with my partner. As a result, I now have a solid plan for savings, life goals, and long-term financial aspirations. I would rate the experience 10/10 and highly recommend Taryn to anyone seeking effective and empowering financial coaching."

Why I created The Rich to Wealthy Collective

As I was growing in my own financial journey, I realized something important:

I didn’t really have a space where I could talk about my big goals, my financial fears, or the kinds of problems people call “first‑world problems” — without being judged, minimized, or told to just be grateful.

I wanted a space where ambitious life goals were:

  • championed
  • encouraged
  • and properly resourced

Because once you understand the basics, the questions change.

You stop asking:
“How do I survive?”

And start asking:
“How do I maximize what I’m building… and who do I need to become to hold it?”

I also saw how many high‑achieving women — especially first‑gen earners — don’t have a blueprint in their current networks or families for this level of wealth building.

So I created the space I wish I had:

  • where you can be seen
  • where your ambitions are normal
  • where you can learn from other women who are doing the work

And where you don’t just build better money habits — you step into a new wealthy identity.

This is that space.

What makes this different from other money programs

Most money programs fall into one of two buckets:

Strategy with no emotional safety

You’re told what to do, but not supported in why it feels hard to do it.

So you:
  • Start strong
  • Fall off
  • Feel ashamed
  • And assume something is wrong with you

Mindset with no structure

You feel motivated, but you don’t have systems that actually move money.

So you:
  • Think positively
  • But still don’t know what to automate, save, or invest in
  • And stay stuck in "someday" mode

The Rich to Wealthy Collective does both — on purpose

We work with:

🧠 Your nervous system + money beliefs

So you stop reacting, avoiding, and sabotaging.

📊 Your financial systems + wealth strategy

So your money is organized, automated, and growing.

Because confidence doesn’t come from affirmations.
It comes from repeated experiences of making good financial decisions and seeing them work.

This is how we help you move from:

anxious and unsure → calm and intentional → strategic and expansive

What you’ll walk away with

By the end of your time in The Rich to Wealthy Collective, you will:

  • Have a clear wealth‑building plan aligned to your lifestyle and goals
  • Know exactly where your money is going and why
  • Feel confident making financial decisions without spiraling
  • Be saving, investing, and paying off debt strategically (not emotionally)
  • Trust yourself with larger sums of money
  • Feel calmer and more in control around finances

And just as important…

You’ll stop feeling like money is this stressful thing you can’t quite master.

You’ll start feeling like:

“Oh. I actually know what I’m doing now.”

The 6‑Month Wealth Building Journey

Each month builds on the last so you’re not just learning — you’re rewiring how you relate to money and how you build wealth.

Month 1 — Financial Safety & Nervous System Regulation

Theme: From Survival Mode to Safety with Money

Why first:

No sustainable wealth building happens when the body is in constant alert.

Focus areas:
  • Understanding personal money stress responses (fight / flight / freeze / fawn)
  • Regulating before making financial decisions
  • Releasing shame and hypervigilance
  • Creating “enoughness” signals in daily life

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • Money + nervous system education
  • Somatic grounding practices
  • Safety‑based budgeting (not punishment budgets)
  • How to pause before reactive spending or avoidance

Outcome:
“I feel calmer and more in control of my money already.”

Month 2 — Financial Clarity & Aligned Systems

Theme: Know Where Your Money Is Going Without Spiraling

Why now:
Once safety is established, we can look at numbers without panic.

Focus areas:
  • Simple money tracking that fits real lifestyles
  • Identifying leaks vs intentional spending
  • Automations that reduce mental load
  • Creating clarity without perfectionism

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • Budget styles for different personalities
  • How to use tools like Rocket Money in a non‑obsessive way
  • Weekly money rituals (Money Dates energy 👀)
  • Customizing systems instead of copying TikTok finance bros

Outcome:
“I understand my money and I’m not afraid to check my accounts.”
Month 3 — Self‑Worth, Receiving & Capacity Expansion

Theme: Let Yourself Have the Money You’re Working For

Why this matters:
This is where most sabotage patterns actually live.

Focus areas:
  • Overspending after wins
  • Difficulty holding higher balances
  • Guilt around having more than family or friends
  • Over‑giving and under‑receiving

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • Wealth identity work
  • Boundaries around financial and emotional labor
  • Expanding comfort with saving and investing
  • Somatic practices for “holding more”

Outcome:
“I’m not just making more — I’m keeping more and feeling okay about it.”

Month 4 — Intentional Spending & Lifestyle Alignment

Theme: Build Wealth Without Hating Your Life

Why this is huge for this community:
You don’t want wealth that requires constant self‑denial.

Focus areas:
  • Values‑based spending
  • Designing a lifestyle that supports long‑term wealth
  • Eliminating shame around pleasure
  • Choosing luxury with intention, not impulse

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • Lifestyle design exercises
  • Spending aligned with season of life
  • Planning for big goals without deprivation
  • Reframing “discipline” into devotion

Outcome:
“My money supports my life AND my future.”

Month 5 — Wealth Building Strategy & Future Planning

Theme: Move from Saving to Building

Why now:
At this point, you trust yourself enough to start making long‑term moves.

Focus areas:
  • Investing readiness (emotionally + practically)
  • Retirement vs other wealth vehicles
  • Risk tolerance and personal strategy
  • Releasing fear of ‘doing it wrong’

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • How to think about index funds, high‑yield savings, etc. (frameworks, not specific advice)
  • When to outsource to professionals (CPA, FA, etc.)
  • Building a personal wealth roadmap

Outcome:
“I have an actual plan for building wealth, not just surviving.”

Month 6 — Expansion, Leadership & Legacy

Theme: Wealth as Power, Choice, and Impact

Why this is powerful:
This reframes money as something bigger than personal comfort.

Focus areas:
  • Stepping into financial leadership
  • Generational thinking
  • Giving, investing, and impact
  • Modeling wealth differently for others

Teaching + coaching may include:
  • Legacy visioning
  • Family boundaries and conversations about money
  • Using wealth to create options and influence
  • Preparing for next‑level opportunities

Outcome:
“I see myself as a wealthy woman in the making, not someone just trying to get by.”

What women often come in saying…

From recent Wealth Alignment Assessments and 1:1 coaching conversations:
“I make great money but I still feel like I’m behind.”
“I save, but then I stress‑spend and undo everything.”
“I want to invest, but I’m scared of making the wrong move.”
“I’m disciplined at work, but money feels emotional.”

And what many clients begin saying a few months into coaching:
“I finally feel like I’m in control of my finances.”
“I know exactly what my money is doing every month.”
“I’m actually excited about my financial future now.”
“I trust myself with money for the first time.”

"Working with Taryn has been nothing short of phenomenal. With her understanding of not only the traditional viewpoints surrounding money systems, but also the unspoken emotional relationship to it, she has offered insight into a different class of dealing with currency. Abundance is the key word when thinking with Taryn. She is an accountability partner that reminds you to speak power into your life, rather than being your own enemy. I started working with Taryn because I didn't understand how to get ahead or feel in control of my money. I felt that with every breath, more was leaving with nothing to show for it. She has helped me understand the benefits of many financial tools but also showed me how important it is to give grace. If you're considering working with Taryn, let this be the sign you need to go for it!"

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I already know some of the basics about money?

Great — this isn’t about starting from zero. Most women who join already budget, save, or earn well. What we focus on is why consistency feels hard, how to build systems that actually fit your life, and how to move from knowing to confidently executing.

What if I’ve tried budgeting or financial programs before and it didn’t stick?

That’s incredibly common. In this collective, we work on nervous system regulation and emotional patterns before layering on strategy, so you’re not forcing yourself into systems that don’t feel safe or sustainable.

Is this helpful if my income fluctuates or I’m an entrepreneur?

Yes. Many women in the collective have variable income. We focus on flexible systems, cash‑flow awareness, and planning that works even when numbers change month to month.

Will you tell me exactly what to invest in?

No — and that’s intentional. You’ll learn how to think about investing, assess your readiness, and understand different wealth vehicles, and you’ll also learn when and how to work with licensed professionals for personalized investment advice.

How much time does this require each month?

Expect to attend group calls, participate in coaching, and spend some time implementing systems. This is designed to fit into the life of busy, high‑achieving women — not feel like another full‑time job.
